I had the privilege of working with Elissa to improve my fundraising skills and build the capacity of our team. Elissa provided practical feedback, helped me create an action plan for new fundraising initiatives, and also got down into the weeds to help me prep specific meetings with funders, which was so helpful. She was direct and kind and worked hard in-between the sessions to prep, provide feedback and review documents. Thanks to her I was able to secure significantly higher multi-year commitments and lay the groundwork for future growth.
